(1): The Issuing Company pays a fixed amount for registration and listing, regardless of the type of emission, Fixed Income or Variable Income. The payment corresponds to the Issuing Company and not to the emission.
(2): U.B. is the Unidad Bursátil or the Stock Exchange Unit. Each unit is equivalent to Sixty five Bolivares Fuertes (BsF. 65,00) throughout 2010. The value of this unit is adjusted every year by the Exchange based on the tributary unit, which is adjusted yearly in accordance to the inflation variation.
