The Association of National Numbering Agencies, known as ANNA, is located in Noisy-le-Grand, France. It was funded in a general assembly of the London Stock Exchange on February 7th 1992.

ANNA is devoted to the promotion and interchange of the ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) codes, which are identification codes of the negotiated equities in the world's capital markets, observing the ISO 6166 standard, adopted by the main capital markets in the processes of compensation and custody.

Caracas Stock Exchange is member of ANNA and Official Coder Agent.
